EDGEWATER BEACH RESORT is a 77 suite luxury resort project located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Treasure Island, FL.  We exclusively represented the out of state lender on this 1.59 acre REO site and negotiated multiple offers bring it to a successful close with a Florida based owner/operator.  The project is currently under construction with an expected completion date in late 2015 or early 2016.
