The Lakeland grocer is planning another store in Southern Hillsborough County to keep up with the area’s housing boom.

South Hillsborough County is the Tampa Bay region’s most active housing market with more than 2,500 homes started construction in 2015, making it the No. 1 area for new home growth in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties.
Publix is taking advantage of this growth with their newest store annoucement in Riverview which further adds to the validity of the area for additional development.
